Description: Near the Tourist Board office, take the Riffianerweg uphill and drive along the river Passer to Saltaus. The well signposted cycle path leads you to St. Martin. Return journey on the same route. At the Lufer, near Riffian, you change lanes and cycly along the right-hand side of the
valley to Obermais.
Cycling: approx. 3 ½ hours
Difference in altitude: 150 or 200 metres

Description: From Rabland (lift facility in Aschbach) along the tarmac road through orchards to Plaus, then on to Naturns. (Alternative route: take the cycle path along the river Etsch until you come to Tschirland / part of Naturns / left across the bridge) and cycle to Staben. At the village
fountain, turn left and then right into the Pedruiweg and follow this road to Tschars. In Sand, turn left onto the Steinachweg and cycle via Tabland to Tschirland. Turn right into the Unterrohlweg until you come to the sports fields in Naturns. Take the Dornsbergerweg back to Plaus. From there, turn right to Obermelz, from where you will reach your starting point at Rabland cycling via Mair am Ried.

Entire length: approx. 10 km

Description: From the parish church in Nals, cycle along the wine road to Andrian. At the crossroads, turn right and follow the tarmac road. As soon as you reach the forest road, follow it in the direction of Castle Wolfsthurn, passing the Kofler and Regele farmhouses in the direction of the Bittnerhof. From there, make your way to Sirmian. Once you arrive at the Sirmianer Strasse, turn right and cycle past the Payersberg ruins back to your starting point.
