Five different ski resorts - each with their own charm

In the Merano and Environs holiday region, there are five very different winter sports areas, ranging from an old-style family ski resort to the glacier of Val Senales where you can ski all year round.

Each of the five areas fulfils specific demands: from Merano 2000, which is in close proximity the Merano city centre, to the pristine Schwemmalm in Val d’Ultimo (Ultental), and from the romantic San Vigilio Mountain to the idyllic Alpine village of Plan (Pfelders). If you are looking for a real athletic challenge, you’ll find it on the Val Senales (Schnalstal) glacier.
